Requirements

  1. Your exam computer should have Windows 10 or above, equipped with a camera, microphone, and speakers(built-in laptop components are acceptable).
  2. Make sure that your system has at least 4 GB RAM and the system is with minimum processor Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen3.
  3. Avoid using your work computer, as it may have security and network access restrictions.
  4. Ensure a stable and high-speed internet connection, avoiding office or public Wi-Fi.
  5. The exam environment should be in a closed room, with minimal items inside.
  6. Disable antivirus software, firewalls, and computer management applications temporarily. Ensure the tested computer and network match the setup you'll use on the exam day.
  7. If your Windows system isn't in English, set English as the primary language and temporarily disable non-English input methods to ensure proper communication with the trainer.
  8. You must have a government-issued valid ID, such as an ID card, driver's license, or passport, please make sure it is within its validity period. For non-English speaking countries, the document must have English annotations. Failure to provide a valid ID may result in the forfeiture of your exam fee.
